Master Planned Resort being considered in Manson agricultural area, community meeting Jan. 8

MANSON - A Master Planned Resort (Magic Earth LLC/Antheia of Chelan) is being planned on 19 acres in Manson. It will consist of a 14-room hotel, swimming pool, an Amphitheatre for live performances, a wedding venue, a café, a retail store, 24 “glamping” sheds (storage sheds), two 26’ radius geodesic domes, and more.  The design shows parking for at least 120 vehicles. It is being proposed in the middle of an area zoned AC which is commercial agriculture and homes on 5 acres or more.

Some Manson community members will be hosting an informational meeting and they welcome Chelan Valley community members to come and express their concern regarding what is happening; help guide growth, so it is thoughtful to everyone, not just developers and business.
