CHELAN - August 25, is the date to remember on your summer event calendar.  Celebrate the music and era of Woodstock while helping to raise funds for Chelan Valley Hope, our local community service agency which serves our neighbors in need throughout the entire valley of Lake Chelan.  This fun and colorful annual event is hosted at Campbell's Resort 104 W Woodin Ave.

Gates open at 4 p.m., with music starting at 4:30 p.m..  Tickets are $18, with kids under 12 free.  Well-behaved dogs welcome on leash.  Festival seating: bring a comfortable chair (no outside food or beverages please).  Hamburgers and hotdogs are available for purchase at either the Outback location or at the Alpenhorn Café.  Wine from local vintners will be available for those over 21.  A Silent Auction and Raffle Items will make the evening even more lively and fun.

Attention Manson residents, new this year.  A pontoon boat ride with a licensed captain is being provided to make the ride shorter and safer for those living in the Manson area.  At the Watson Resort dock, a shuttle van will take riders up the hill to the event. Please call 509-888-2114 or 509-449-1913 to make your reservation.  Access is by donation. It doesn’t get more convenient than this!

Wear your tie-dye or favorite bell bottoms from 1969: there are great prizes for “Most Authentic 1969,” “Best Hippie,” “Most Entertaining,” and “Best Vintage T-Shirt contest for guys.” Music will be provided by local musicians; Waterdog, Brittany Jean, Old Miller-Third Wheel-& Peanut, and Raven.

Join Chelan Valley Hope for another fabulous “Fun-raiser,” while celebrating the music that defined a generation!  Peace, Love, Music & Hope!
