Banks describes girls team as having great character and humor. “They enjoy being here ... we have good team work ... and they work very hard on defense,” she said.

The Lady Trojans has had a couple of rough games and as Coach Banks describes “we really have to work on breaking the pressure,” from the teams.

Team captains De Jesus and Clausen with their experience are helping their teammates by welcoming them into the team and helping the girls develop their game.

Banks’ main goal is to build on the program in the upcoming years. “This is a year in learning and developing ... there some really good athletes out there,” Banks said.
