Trojans win non-league match in four sets

MANSON - The Trojans hosted Wilson Creek on Saturday for a noon-time none league varsity match.

The Trojans won the match in 4 sets with scores of: 25-14, 18-25, 25-16, 25-9.

Highlights came from senior Middle Blocker, Megan Clausen, who walked away with 21 kills, 20 digs, 3 blocks and served 13/14 with 2 aces for the Trojans.

Freshman Outside Hitter, Maycee Ward, led the team in digs with 31, added 13 kills and served 27/29 with 5 aces.

Freshman, Josephine Thompson added 24 digs and served 17/18 with 4 aces, Briseida Landa led the team in Serve Receive with 89% - and served 11/11 on the night. Devyn Smith added 9/9 behind the service line.

As a team, the Trojans served 93% and played great, high energy, team volleyball.
