Mike Sherer (pictured above left) gave a hour and a half presentation on Sunday, March 19 at the North Shore Bible Church where he laid out his and the ‘Vote No’ committees reasons for not supporting the new hospital levy. To Sherer’s calculations, the Hospital will cost a total of $107 million when you factor in the $7 million interest, $32 million in equipment replacement over 8 years and $6 million to cover the last 10 years of buildings depreciation. Some of his numbers have been called into question though. He will present his case at the March 30 public forum.
