Admiral Dewey Webb Jr., 86, of Chelan, Wash., died Nov. 4, 2017. Visitation will be Nov. 7, 12-4 p.m., and Nov. 8, 12-4 p.m. at Precht Rose Chapel. A Graveside Service will be held Nov. 9, at 12 p.m. at Chelan Fraternal Cemetery.
