Luther Baker was born in St. Paul, AR on July 23, 1936. He enlisted in the US Army in 1959 as a medic and completed his service in 1965. He was employed by the Beebe Orchard Company as an orchard manager until his retirement in 2001. Luther was an avid hunter and fisherman, and this is where he found great peace and savored many happy memories with friends and family.
Luther always had a story to share and could make anyone smile with his quick wit and humor. He will be missed.
Luther is survived by his daughter, Rhonda; his son, Wade; his grandchildren Meagan and McKenna; and his brother Kenneth.
Celebration of Life to be held on Saturday, August 31, 2019, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Lake Chelan Senior Center, 534 E. Trow Ave., Chelan.
