Norma Williams formerly of Chelan, passed away peacefully April 26, 2017 in Bothell, Wash. She was born July 27, 1920 in Seattle to Bill and Grace Ibsen.  She graduated from Roosevelt High School and Edison Vocational Beauty School.  Norma married Jack Williams February 17, 1950 in Seattle.  They moved to Chelan in 1983.

 Norma was one of the founding members of The Olympic Water Ski Club (1941).  She also performed with the Ski-Quatic Follies Show Troupe, which appeared in Chelan (1949). Norma enjoyed traveling, dancing, both water and snow skiing, golf, and roller-skating.  She also loved participating with Chelan Valley Players.  She volunteered for 15 years at Northwest Hospital in Seattle and 25 years at Lake Chelan Community Hospital, Regency Manor and Heritage Heights in Chelan. 

 She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Williams.  She is survived by her son, Larry Williams, her daughter, Linda Hughes (Bob), 4 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

 Our family would like to especially thank Elizabeth Moran, Ifrain Ornelas and Laura Betanzos for their most thoughtful care of our mother.

 A celebration of Norma's life will be held June 1, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at the Antioch Bible Church office "Great Room" located 12316 134th Court N.E., Redmond, Wash. 98052
