7th annual Memory Cup Benefit Golf Tournament to tee off in Chelan

Posted

CHELAN — The 7th annual Memory Cup Benefit Golf Tournament will take place at Lake Chelan Municipal Golf Course on June 7 and 8. The tournament, which started in honor of Louis Kirtman Jr., who passed away in 2022 after a long battle with Alzheimer's, has strong ties to the Chelan Valley through the Kirtman family.

This year's tournament will feature a new partnership with Heritage Heights, an assisted living residential facility in Chelan, to support the addition of a new memory care unit. Proceeds from the event will also go to the Alzheimer's Association to fund research aimed at finding a cure for this challenging disease.

Golfers can look forward to a weekend filled with fun and philanthropy. The $300 per golfer fee includes dinner and drinks at Albatross on Friday evening, breakfast and golf on Saturday with exciting contests and raffle items, and an after-party on Saturday evening at Lakeside Surf, complete with a catered dinner, drinks, and entertainment for the whole family.

Registrations for single golfers and foursomes are available at www.memorycup.org or by using the attached QR code. With limited spots available, interested golfers are encouraged to register soon to secure their place in this meaningful event.
