Johnson Ave Chelan, WA 98816 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City of Chelan for construction of the Park Street Park project. Work to be performed includes: beach sand, signage, basalt columns, stone stairs, landscaping, irrigation and other park improvements to the Park Street Park in Chelan. Bid proposals will be received only at 135 E Johnson Ave by 11:00:00 am on April 10th, at which time they will be opened, read, and tabulated publicly. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered. Contract documents may be purchased on www.questcdn.com for $22.00, nonrefundable, under project #9043942. Addenda will be published only through the online bidding service. Bidders that do not purchase a bid set will not automatically be notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda. An informational copy of the contract documents is on file for inspection at the Chelan City Hall, 135 E. Johnson, Chelan, WA 98816.
