Cruzin’ in style

The 2022 Cruzin’ Car Show was held Friday and Saturday, June 3 and 4 in downtown Chelan with wide variety of makes and models coming from around the state. A 1951 Chevrolet Convertible ‘Phat Betty Tours’ - Funky Street Machine, owned by Jimmy and Monica Jeffries of Puyallup; to 1953 Chevy Custom Belair Convertible owned by Mike and Marcia Holmdahl of Chelan and a 1933 Ford Sedan Street Machine owned by Tony Stokes of Manson. The Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce will award scholarships with the earnings from Cruizin’ Chelan.

Those attending the Annual Community Pancake Breakfast put on by the Chelan District 7 Firefighters Association got to ‘cruiz’ around downtown Chelan in the Chelan Fire & Rescue historic fire truck. All proceeds from the breakfast go towards the Chelan Firefighters Association’s community projects and emergency relief efforts.
