LAKE CHELAN LADIES GOLF CLUB TEE TIME – MAY 12

CHELAN - On May 12, 16 players were in competition out on the course. Those sanded greens are growing in beautifully. This week’s competition was Throw out 3 (gross score less 3 worst holes less your full handicap).

Division 1: First Place: Linda Hahn, 53. 

Division 2: First Place: Nancy Judson, 49.  

Division 3: First Place: Jo Higgins, 50. Second Place: A tie between Tina Nyce and Tracy Zembruski, 53.

The only birdie of the day was Jan Artim on hole 12. There were no chip-ins for the second week in a row. The pot grows large for this week’s winners.

This week’s competition will be Medal play (low Net by division and low gross and net of the field.) Our club will also host the Apple Valley Women’s Golf monthly competition this week so it should be a busy Thursday out on the course.

Moving on to the third week of our Apple Blossom match-play tournament will be Jan Artim, Jo Higgins, Karen Holst and Linda Hahn.

Our tee time is at 9 a.m., it will be important to sign in by 8:30 a.m. as we will have a lot of ladies starting in a shot gun manner.
