NOTICE OF CHANGE OF IRRIGATION DISTRICT BOUNDARIES BY GREEN ACRES IRRIGATION DISTRICT Pursuant to RCW 87.03.655 A petition has been filed with Green Acres Irrigation District Directors by SHANNON FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, FRED SHANNON, TRUSTEE to exclude and take lands from the district. The property to be excluded and taken from Green Acres Irrigation District is located in County of Chelan, State of Washington, T26N R20E Willamette Meridian Government Section 29. Description of such lands as entered in the assessment book by the county assessor: SHANNON SUBDIVISION LOT 1 4.8400 ACRES SHANNON SUBDIVISION LOT 2 4.8700 ACRES SHANNON SUBDIVISION LOT 3 4.8400 ACRES SHANNON SUBDIVISION LOT 4 4.7800 ACRES SHANNON SUBDIVISION LOT 5 4.2000 ACRES Petitioners prayed that the Directors of Green Acres Irrigation District entertain the petition, fix a date for a public hearing hereon, and cause notice of the hearing to be published in a newspaper of general circulation and to notify all interested persons to show cause in writing why the change in boundaries should not be made. Green Acres Irrigation District Board of Directors shall hear the petition at their next regular meeting April 9 at 10 a.m. AT 6712 Entiat River Road.
