Top Dog Parade turns downtown Chelan green

St. Patrick’s Day in the Lake Chelan Valley was celebrated in many ways on Saturday, March 17. But the jewel of St. Patrick’s Day, in Chelan was the Wayne Kelly Memorial Top Dog Parade. Kilts, kids, adults, pups and more clad in green all marched through downtown. Other activities were the Shamrock Shuffle, sponsored by the Lake Chelan Lions Club, Taste of the Irish, presented by Historic  Downtown Chelan; Manson hosted a Taste Manson event and Meat in the Street festivities. The day ended with the Chelan Senior Centers corned beef and cabbage dinner.
