Blood pressure, diabetes management, services available through Aging & Adult to be presented March 15

CHELAN: A special presentation at the Chelan Senior Center, March 15, 10-11 a.m.: Aging and Adults Information and Outreach Specialist, Brittney Bassett, and Claudia Swenson, local pharmacist, certified diabetes educator and TLC for Seniors Coordinator, will provide information and answer questions for seniors and their families.

Brittney will talk about services available to you through Aging and Adults. Claudia will provide brief updates on blood pressure and diabetes management and answer your questions. There will also be a time after the presentation to talk about your specific medication/condition questions ” one on one” so feel free to bring your medication lists or “Brown Bag” with your medications.

The Chelan Senior Center is located at 534 E. Trow Avenue.
