Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) Celebration in Downtown

CHELAN - Historic Downtown Chelan Association is so excited to launch the first annual Dia de los Muertos / Day of the Dead celebration this Saturday! It will be a jam packed day of fun and learning. Here's what you can expect:

October 31-November 4: 

Ofrenda, or altars, have been created by several teams of students from Manson and Chelan schools and will be on display in these local downtown businesses:

• Riverwalk Books
• The Shirt Shop
• Spirals
• Swim World

Saturday, November 3:

Taco Crawl 12:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Beer Garden 12:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Kids Activities 12:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Face Painting 12:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Piñata 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m.

Story Time 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m.

Parade 6:00 p.m. - The closing Parade is a community effort - anyone can join in.
