Goats take loss against Cascade Kodiaks

Steven Williams returns a hit by Cascade opponent Dylan Kuehni (not pictured), Saturday, April 21 in Chelan. The boys fell to the Kodiaks, sliding them down to 2-3 in league.

Sydney Hawkins comes in close to return a hit by Kodiak opponent Molly Wiser (not pictured). Hawkins was defeated by Wiser with scores of 7-6(7-4), 5-7 and 6-3.

CHELAN – We went from our strongest overall performance of the season on Thursday, April 19, vs Okanogan to our weakest 48 hours later, Saturday, April 21, vs Cascade. Combine that with missing half of our varsity girls roster, including two of our top three on the ladder: perfect storm.

Today's Chelan girls "half squad" suffered its first loss on the season. Played with a lot of heart but struggled. The girls team is now 4-1 in the CTL, and 8-1 overall.
