The completion of Emerson Village has created five new attainable homes for Lake Chelan valley wage earners, families and seniors and has made affordable home ownership a reality. CVHT believes that people who work here should be able to own a home here.
This achievement was made possible by a groundswell of community support, public funding, and in no small part by CVHT’s contractor, K&L Homes.
K&L was truly CVHT’s partner in this project from the get-go.
Their support of the Trust’s mission was reflected in theircare, doing the highest quality work while coming in on budget.
No easy feat for a builder during Covid-19.
