EAST WENATCHEE - As of Monday, June 15 there are 274 positive cases, up from 265 positive cases of COVID19 in Chelan County on June 8, and 181 cases, up from 180 cases in Douglas County. New cases in Chelan and Douglas County in the last seven days is 10. The number of deaths remains at 9.
The age groups with the most cases are: 199 cases in the 20-39 age group, up from 195; and 135 cases in the 40-59 age group up from 134.
Entiat is holding at one case, Bridgeport is hold at one cases. Chelan has 27 cases (no increase), Manson 8 (no increase), Chelan Falls has 19 (no increase), Orondo 9 (no increase) and East Wenatchee 148 (was 147).
As of June 12 Okanogan County has 74 cases and two deaths. They are now in Phase 2.
Social Distancing and wearing a mask is good, out of concern for preventing viral spread to others versus catching the virus from someone else.
