About the Artist: After graduating from the Art Center College of Design, Dan pursued a career  as a commercial interior designer, design director and architectural illustrator. Toward the end  of his career, he taught art and design to college students in Seattle. Since retiring, he has  rediscovered his early love for watercolor, while allowing his formal art and design education to  guide his paintings. Currently, Dan is the President of the Lake Chelan Arts Council.
