Four to vie for City of Chelan mayor in August Primary Election

CHELAN - Candidate filing  closed Friday, May 19  at  5 p.m. in the Chelan County Auditor's Office in Wenatchee for the August 1 Primary. The General Election will be held November 7.
Positions up for election are mayor, city council, school boards, cemetery and water districts and port district.
Chelan
Four candidates have thrown their hat into the ring for the Mayor of Chelan. They include current mayor Bob Goedde, John. R. Olson, Stan Morse and Erin McCardle.
Those filing for Chelan City Council are #1 Terry Sanders, Council #3 Brad Chitty, Council #4 Jon M. Higgins and Council #5 Mark L. Ericks.
Filing for Lake Chelan School District #2 Barb Polley, #4 Kim Thorpe, and #5 Christy Nielsen.
Chelan County Fire District #7 (Chelan Fire & Rescue):  Commissioner #1 Mark Donnell and Ben Laughlin.
Hospital District #2 (Chelan): Commissioner #1 Mary T. Signorelli, Debra Edinger, and Len England, and Commissioner #5 Doug Gibson.
Chelan Cemetery District #4 Linda Martinson.
Bear Mountain Water Dale Watkins
Chelan Falls Water District #1 Susan Young and #3 Scott A. Dietrich.
Lake Chelan Sewer District #3 Mark Babcock
