Frontier telecommunications outage - April 4

Frontier Communications is expecting to experience an outage impacting approximately 800 Frontier customers in the Manson area on Tuesday, April 4, beginning at 10 p.m.

Frontier customers with the prefix '687' (509-687-xxxx) will be affected by this outage and may not be able to call 9-1-1 from their Frontier phone.

The 9-1-1 system is NOT affected by this outage and is available to receive calls via cell phones.

Frontier Communications customers who have an emergency and cannot get through to 9-1-1 on their Frontier phone should use a cellular phone to call 9-1-1.

The estimated outage time is one hour, with service restored by 11 p.m. on April 4, 2017.
