CHELAN - We are excited to share our Q1 2022 PR report. In this report, we highlight our milestones/achievements from the quarter and look into our plans for Q2. Over the previous 3 months, we have secured over 41 million media impressions with coverage in top national and regional publications.

Milestones and achievements

Through GreenRubino's outreach efforts and organic media achieved, an estimated 41,124,175 media impressions were garnered in Q1 of 2022, featuring a mix of regional and national media outlets.

Secured coverage in top national and regional publications, including USA Today 10Best, OnlyInYourState, The Manual, Seattle Met, Northwest Travel & Life, Seattle's Child, Great Northwest Wine and The Stranger.

What's next?

Continue positioning Lake Chelan as a family-friendly destination, offering outdoor exploration year-round and award-winning wineries.

Planning for outdoor travel group FAM in September, compiling a list and initial outreach to target media to experience outdoor adventure in and around Lake Chelan.

Conduct media relations to promote travel for target flight markets, top tier national outlets, and international travel, including Canadian markets. Coordinate media visits with travel writers, bloggers and content creators.

Ongoing regional/national outreach for summer-fall travel coverage.

Below is a synopsis of the top press wins from January 1 to March 31.

Gina Birch's attendance to the 2021 Wine FAM resulted in a Lake Chelan feature in USA Today 10Best (media impressions: 5,620,000), which was also syndicated on NewsBreak (media impressions: 14,300,000) and DailyAdvent (media impressions: 5,620,000).

A media visit with freelancer Jessica Wick back in October 2021 resulted in two media placements in OnlyInYourState (media impressions: 6,500,000 & 7,770,000).

The Manual (media impressions: 2,800,000) put out a Washington State wine guide, featuring Lake Chelan for its foothills occupied by dozens of wineries.

A successful visit by Adam Sawyer back in May 2021 resulted in a Stehekin print feature in Northwest Travel & Life (media impressions: 45,000).
