Manson Christmas season kicks off on Nov. 26

MANSON - Each year on the Saturday after Thanksgiving Manson gathers to celebrate the holidays. Start your morning by writing your letter to Santa at Mountain View Lodge (10 a.m.-12:45 p.m.) and meet everyone downtown Manson to greet Santa and Mrs. Claus with your letters as they arrive via helicopter (1 p.m.)  The Holiday Extravaganza will be taking place at the Manson Grange from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and then the Village of Lights will be lit later in the evening followed by fireworks (6:30 p.m.). Santa Parade down Wapato Way and photos at Radiance Downtown Tasting Room 1:30-2:30 p.m. and the high school band will perform 3-6 p.m.
