MANSON - Kathy Blum (incumbent) Jeremy Jaech and Kim Ustanik will join Jorge Valencia and Kathy Miller when the Manson Community Council meets on January 16, at 6 p.m., in the Manson Park office on Pedoi There was a good turnout in the four man race for the three seats and voting was close.
