October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we will publish our Breast Cancer Awareness Section on Oct. 5. Are you a Breast Cancer Survivor - from 1 day to many years? We will include survivors in this special section, along with educational information and cancer web links. If you would like to be included - fill out this form, along with your photo and return it to our office at 131 S. Apple Blossom Drive, #109, or mail it to PO Box 1922, Chelan, WA 98816.
