Upcoming Safety Fair emphasized by Chief Donnell

Chelan Fire & Rescue District 7 Fire Chief Mark Donnell explains to the packed city hall audience and city council the importance of the upcoming Safety Fair from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21 at the main fire house, 232 E. Wapato Ave. Donnell spoke to the citizenry Tuesday, Sept. 10 just before the contentious Spader Bay property acquisition part of the meeting.
