New hiking trail opening May 15 with ribbon cutting

CHELAN - The Lake Chelan Trails Alliance is gearing up to officially open the new Lower Reach One trail extension on May 15. Those invited can gather at the trail site to celebrate with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. After the ceremony, the public is encouraged to check it out and enjoy this new trail along the Chelan River Gorge.
