Manson High School students attend 2020 Legislative Conference

OLYMPIA - Four Manson High School students applied for and were selected to attend the 2020 Legislative Conference held in Olympia at the State Capitol earlier this month.  Louis Sanchez, Parker Schoenwald, Zoe Thomas and Luca Westfall traveled with Board Members Aurora Flores, Greg Neff and Superintendent Charlton to the State Capitol.
The students appreciated meeting with Representative Keith Goehner and learning about the legislative process. They also received a tour of the Capitol and Temple of Justice. A highlight of the trip was watching 18-year-old Louis Sanchez register to vote with the Secretary of State.
