Chelan High School and Manson High School football teams combined for a Scholarship Fundraiser Spring Football Scrimmage Game on June 16, at Sargent Field in Chelan. Both teams combined efforts to raise funds for two different, but equal scholarships for their schools. Money was raised by those attending buying dinner at the game and donations.

The first recipient of the Joe Teague Coaches Award, presented by the family of Joe Teague, was also announced during halftime at the football scrimmage game. Parker Teague (holding the plaque) received the award.
