Nominees
Mia Bordner - Softball
Mia has a positive, can-do attitude 100% of the time.  This week in a double header with Granger, one of their players got badly injured and so it was decided that we would share a player from Chelan with Granger for game 2.  Mia stepped in with that positive attitude and immediately made friends with the team, coaches included.  They cheered her on as if she had been playing with them all season and as if they had known her for years.  Mia does whatever she is asked with all of her effort and with a mindset of working hard to improve.  She's extremely coachable, consistently kind and supportive of teammates, and makes any team she is part of a better team to be on.
-Coach Slagle
Elle Rothlisberger/Bella Gatzemeier - Doubles Team- Tennis
The doubles team of freshman Elle Rothlisberger and freshman Bella Gatzemeier went 5-1 during the week, capping it off with a 2nd place finish out of 37 entries in the 3rd doubles bracket at the prestigious Inland Empire tennis tournament in Spokane (their only loss of the week was the tournament title match).  The week started with a Tuesday 6-1, 6-1 victory over Omak.  On Friday at Inland Empire in Spokane, they defeated 4A Hanford 6-2, 6-2, defeated 4A Central Valley (Spokane) 7-6, 6-4, and dispatched of Riverside 6-1, 6-2 to qualify for the semifinals.  On Saturday, they won their semifinal match 6-1, 7-5 over Othello.  The tournament championship match was a back and forth affair vs a junior and senior tandem from 3A Southridge, with the opposition eventually narrowly topping the Chelan frosh team 4-6, 6-3, (10-6).

 Gage Estes - Baseball
Gage Estes’s leadership, positive attitude, and overall pleasant demeanor is an invaluable asset to our team. His defense at shortstop has been steady all season long. Gage has contributed many clutch performances throughout this gratifying season.  –Coach Papasedero
 David Chavez- Golf
David has a great attitude and the excitement he shows is contagious for our whole team. He truly works to get better. David is very coachable, and he is a player that everyone enjoys being around. The coaches and the team celebrate his improvements, and he is getting better each week. - (He also made that classic life discovery when he played with the girls and realized that "women are complicated").
-Coach Einspahr
 Erik Cardenas-Soccer
Erik has been a silent leader this week.  He has stepped up to the plate to deliver- without words, but with plenty of action.  Erik leads by example.  His hard work at practice and his dedication to helping his team, has lead the Goats into the post-season again.  He scored the go ahead goal in our CTL title match to help secure the 6th league title in 8 years.  He never complains and he always has just a faint grin and a look of true integrity.  We thank you for all you do sir and keep being YOU!  Game On
