RuthEdna Keys/LCM Chelan High School and Manson High School football teams combined for a Scholarship Fundraiser Spring Football Scrimmage Game on June 16, at Sargent Field in Chelan. Both teams combined efforts to raise funds for two different, but equal scholarships for their schools. Money was raised by those attending buying dinner at the game and donations. It may have rained on their parade, but it did not on their graduation ceremony, as the Lake Chelan School District decided on Friday, June 10, to move the graduation ceremony for the over 100 graduates into the gym at Chelan High School, from Sargent Field.
