Expanded bus services offered in Chelan and Manson

WENATCHEE - Link Transit is set to introduce an array of expanded services in Chelan and Manson come January. The imminent changes, effective Tuesday, Jan. 2, promise increased Sunday services, additional trips, and extended operational hours across multiple routes.

The scheduled alterations encompass a range of improvements:

• Route 21 Chelan/Manson: Commencing with new weekday trips at 7 a.m., 2 p.m., and 3 p.m.

• Route 122 Leavenworth Express: Extending services to six round-trips per weekday
• Route 23 Rock Island: Including new Saturday trips at 11 a.m., 12 p.m., and 1 p.m., along with the inauguration of Sunday services mirroring the Saturday schedule
• Route 24 Malaga and Rt 25 Waterville: Incorporating new Sunday services

• Chelan DART: Offering new services from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. on weekdays

Additionally, several other routes will experience noteworthy adjustments to their schedules, introducing fresh weekday trips, enhanced frequencies, and new evening services.

These service enhancements are a part of Link Transit’s ongoing commitment to fulfilling the objectives outlined in Vision 2020. Vision 2020, a strategic plan initiated in 2020 subsequent to a voter-approved sales tax increase in 2019, underscores Link Transit's dedication to improving transit accessibility and services.
