Endless Orchard Hard Pressed Cider will host a Mozzarella Cheese Making Class on Friday, December 13, from 6 to 8 p.m.

“Try your hand at making and stretching your own mozzarella cheese,” the event page states. “We will chat about cheesemaking and try some long cultured mozzarella from Laurel’s Crown Farmstead cheese. There will be other cheese and caramel sauce to sample as well as a few ideas on how to use them while enjoying Endless Orchards cider offerings.”
