Two projects planned for Riverwalk Park this month

CHELAN - Chelan PUD has two projects planned for the Riverwalk Park trail in the next
few weeks.

On Monday, Sept. 9, Moe Asphalt will seal coat the south side of the trail
from bridge to bridge. The work could take up to two days. There are signs
alerting trail users to detour around the work.
 

On Sept. 23, the contractor will remove and replace asphalt on the trail in
areas on the north side of the park. That work is expected to take 2-3 days.
Signs to alert trail users will go up a few days before work starts.
 

Total cost of the maintenance project is about $35,000.
