Stacey M. Kelly, 53, of Chelan passed away Nov., 4, 2018. Stacey courageously lived with an autoimmune disease. Stacey was a devoted mom and best friend to her daughter Abby Kelly, 16, a junior at Chelan High School. A loved daughter to Gene and Eula Kelly. A wonderful little sister to Carolyn Bauer and her husband Mike Bauer. She was an aunt to Kyle Bauer and Lauren Bauer. Stacey had many friends across Washington State. Stacey has several cousins, aunts, and uncles in the Central Washington area.

Stacey grew up in Chelan, attended Chelan High School; and graduated in 1983.  Stacey also attended Eastern Washington University in Cheney. After college she went to beauty school in Spokane. It was in Spokane that she started her own business called Cabelo Nova.

In 2002 in February Stacey welcome her daughter Abby into the world. Stacey and Abby moved from Spokane to Chelan in 2003 to be close to family. Stacey then went to work and partnered with Kelly’s Ace Hardware for 15 years. She was also part owner of Kelly Orchards with her father and sister.

Stacey was preceded in death by her mother Eula Kelly.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Arthritis Foundation that supports the most research in autoimmune disease and or the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society.

A Memorial Service will be held on Nov. 17, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Lake Chelan United Methodist Church on Johnson Avenue in Chelan.
