McCardle, Goedde leading in Chelan mayor race

CHELAN - In the Chelan mayor race Erin McCardle and incumbent Bob Goedde are leading in the Primary Election results as of Friday, August 4. McCardle has 440 votes, Goedde 393, John R. Olson 312 and Stan Morse with 238. The top two will advance to the General Election in November.
In the Hospital District No. 2 (Lake Chelan Health) Commissioner #1 race, Debra Edinger has 564 votes, Len England 1,085 and Mary T. Signorelli, who resigned her position in June, but was on the ballot had 1,208 votes.
In the race for Manson School District No. 19 Director District #2 Aurora Flores has 365 votes, Tanaya West has 240 votes and Kourtney Alanis has 391 votes.
In the Chelan County Assessor race Wes Cornelius has 7, 014 votes and Mark C. Miller has 5,968 votes.
There are 51,441 registered voters in Chelan County, only 29.16 percent (14,998) of the voters voting in Primary Election.
