Cruizin Chelan 2024 to showcase classic cars and support local community

CHELAN - The Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce has announced that the 18th annual Cruizin Chelan Car Show, presented by Endless Orchard Cider Hard Pressed Cider, will take place on June 1 in Historic Downtown Chelan. The event will feature over 150 classic cars, motorcycles, trucks, and street rods, attracting automotive enthusiasts from across the region.

The car show will commence on Friday, May 31, with a cruise along the north shore of Lake Chelan, starting at the 12 Tribes Lake Chelan Casino and concluding at Miller's Auto Museum for the Registration Party. The main event will take place on Saturday, June 1, with classic vehicles lining the streets of Woodin Ave.

New to this year's event is the addition of a variety of attractions at Riverwalk Park, including food trucks, a vendor market, live music, games, face painting, and a beer garden. These activities aim to provide entertainment for attendees of all ages.

In a collaborative effort with local high school students, the event organizers have arranged for the creation of handmade trophies to be awarded to the winners of the car show. The proceeds from Cruizin Chelan will be used to fund scholarships for local students, demonstrating the event's commitment to supporting the community.
