Lake Chelan Health holds ribbon cutting for Speciality Care Clinic

CHELAN - Lake Chelan Health held a ribbon cutting on July 29 for their Specialty Care Clinic, located in the Chelan Business Center at 131 S. Apple Blossom Drive Suite 104, across from the new hospital. Lake Chelan Health General Surgeon Dr. Brandon Douglass cut the ribbon for the event, saying it felt ‘natural’. Also in attendance were Lake Chelan Health Board member Doug Gibson, Board Chair Jordana LaPorte, CEO Aaron Edwards, Board member Len England, Board Vice Chair Lori Withrow, and Board member Mary Murphy and clinic staff. Remodeling for the new clinic started late last year.

Community members attending the ribbon cutting were able to tour the clinic, meet team members, and enjoyed a light lunch. There are 10 private patient rooms, 2 treatment rooms, an on-site lab and X-ray, dedicated provider and support offices and a break room in the clinic. The Speciality Care Clinic officially opened for patients on August 4 in their newly remodeled space.

Specialty Care services include dermatology, general surgery, orthopedics, and ear, nose, and throat (ENT) care and visiting podiatry and plastic surgery providers.
