Lake Chelan Ladies Golf Club Tee Time - July 21, 14

CHELAN - Nineteen of us turned up to play last Thursday. The competition was Mystery Nine where the pro shop draws 9 holes after we tee off and we use the gross score of these holes less ½ our handicap.
Division 1: First Place: Nancy Storaasli, 33.5.
Division 2: First Place: Mary Jo DuRuz, 34.5. Second Place: Linda Hahn, 35.
Division 3: First Place: Heidi Summers, 34. Second Place: Karen Erickson, 34.5.
There were two chip-in birdies made by Nancy Storaasli on hole 9 and Nancy Parker on hole 7.  
Our Team traveled to Leavenworth where they played against Leavenworth. It was a beautiful day and great fun; The Leavenworth ladies were wonderful hosts.  The Team beat Leavenworth by one point so basically a tie, with Linda Reister and Elona Teague winning honeypot money.
This week’s competition is Even and Odd (count only the even numbered holes on the front nine and the odd numbered holes on the back nine less ½ your handicap). Our tee time is 8 a.m. Please check in by 7:30 a.m.
July 14
Thursday, July 14 was our golf club’s Member/Member Glitter Tournament. It was a fun morning of partner golf and a yummy box lunch provided by the new Albatross restaurant. It was a type of scramble and each player got a mulligan and a miracle putt.
Division 1: Low Gross: Jan Artim/Candace Farnsworth, 78. Low Net: Debbie Honsberger/Jodi Whiteman, 59.5 Longest Drive: Candace Farnsworth.
Division 2: Low Gross: Nancy Storaasli/Sharon Ward, 81. Low Net: Sherry Ochsner/Roxanne Emerson, 62. Longest Drives: Nancy Storaasli, Sharon Ward.
Division 3: Low Gross: Heidi Summers/Loa Servis, 91. Low Net: Karen Erickson/Judy Johanson, 61. Longest Drives: Heidi Summers, Carol Giffin.
Closest to the pin: Linda Reister, 6’1” and Jan Artim, 13’.
Low Net of the Field: Julie Allison/Dawn Foster, 52.5.
Low Gross of the Field: April Talley/Linda Reister, 78.
