Man arrested in Chelan on indecent exposure, trespass charges

CHELAN — A Chelan man was arrested March 17 following a report of lewd conduct involving juvenile victims, according to the Chelan County Sheriff’s Office.

Chelan County deputies were dispatched to the area of East Trow Avenue and South Navarre Street after receiving a report that an adult male had exposed himself while sitting in a vehicle, according to a sheriff’s office press release.

The juvenile victims provided a description of the suspect and his vehicle, deputies said.

During a follow-up investigation, deputies located the vehicle in the 300 block of Woodin Avenue. The suspect, identified as Isai I. Suarez-Sanchez, 23, of Chelan, was known to deputies from prior contacts, according to the release.

Deputies determined probable cause for arrest and contacted Suarez-Sanchez at his residence nearby, where he was taken into custody.

He was booked into the Chelan County Regional Justice Center on suspicion of indecent exposure to a person under 14 years of age and second-degree criminal trespass, authorities said.
