Posted

CHELAN — As the search for 37-year-old Adriana Nunez-Gutierrez enters its third month, the Chelan County Sheriff's Office reports no new leads or information regarding her whereabouts. Nunez-Gutierrez was last seen at her Chelan residence on the evening of Feb. 15 and has not been heard from since a text message was sent from her phone in the early morning hours of Feb. 16.

Despite maintaining close communication with Nunez-Gutierrez's family, who continue to cooperate with authorities, detectives have been unable to uncover any substantial clues that might lead to her location. The missing woman's phone lost power shortly after the last known text message, making it impossible to track her movements.

Investigators have followed up on several leads, including a reported sighting at a local Walmart, which was later ruled out after reviewing surveillance footage. Nunez-Gutierrez's employer has confirmed that she has not picked up her recent paycheck and has missed multiple scheduled appointments.

Adriana Nunez-Gutierrez is described as a Hispanic female, standing approximately 5'3" tall and weighing around 110 pounds. She has dark hair and is known to wear a black sweatshirt or dark jacket. According to family members, she walks with a noticeable limp.

The Chelan County Sheriff's Office remains committed to the investigation and urges anyone with information that may assist in locating Nunez-Gutierrez to contact the CCSO tip line at (509) 667-6845 or email Detective Cy Bowthorpe at cy.bowthorpe@co.chelan.wa.us.
