Senior Healthy Living, Fall Prevention fair to be held September 20 in Chelan

CHELAN - Please mark your calendar for the Senior Healthy Living and Fall Prevention event on Tuesday, September 20,  from 1:30-4:30 p.m., at the Chelan Senior Center, 534 E. Trow Avenue. Consult local experts on how health care, medications, nutrition and diet, home environment safety and exercise/balance workouts can enhance fall prevention.
Hearing, vision, EMS, dietitian, physical therapy, occupational therapy, pharmacist and others will be present to share information with you as well as community partners: Heritage Heights and Chelan Valley Hope and North Central Washington Falls Coalition.
Refreshments will be served and local businesses are generously providing gift baskets for our raffle winners. Bring a friend or make new friends.
