Chelan High School Football 2021 season wrap up

The Goats battled hard, but came up a little short for the league title at Cashmere (April 2). All and all the season went well and our kids played hard. Our varsity defense only gave up 1 league touchdown this season which was one of the main reasons we were 3-1 in league play. We turned the ball over too many times at Cashmere to get it done, but even with our backs against the wall our kids kept fighting all the way to the last whistle. Our kids have kept fighting all through the off season in the weight room and with workouts. They did a ton on their own to get better and that does not go unnoticed. We are very thankful we had the opportunity to play and compete. 

All League - The Goats made a good showing at the all league meeting and gained a lot of respect from our leagues coaches. 

All League players for the 2021 season highlighted by Dillon McCardle and JD Gonzalez who were voted All- League in 2 positions. We earned 5 first teamers on offense, and 4 first teamers on defense. AJ Martinez was named 1st team kicker. A majority of these guys are weight room guys and multi and three sport athletes.
