Chelan high School Sports Recaps - Week of Sept. 12

CHELAN - Our team played very physical and fast again tonight against a much improved Cle Elum team. It was great to be at home, and a huge shout out to the green zone and our fans.
 We ran the ball extremely hard again tonight. We created four more turnovers on defense, and kicked and protected well on special teams. It was a great overall team win.
Ryan Allen continues to run the ball very well collecting four TDs and close to 200 yards all purpose. Lance and Grant Gogal combined for multiple touchdowns tonight. Isaac Wilson had another great game completing 70% of his passes for over 200 yards and four TDs. One of those TDs was a 50 yard bomb to Austin McCardle. We were physical blockers tonight and that was a big goal this week for us.
Defensively Ryan Rainville led with seven tackles. Jacob Allen added another interception to his team leading four, and Dominic Salarza helped the team with two solo sacks. Special teams wise JP Perez was six for eight on  PAT’s.
