MANSON - Trunk-Or-Treat, an event sponsored by North Shore Bible Church and the Manson Chamber of Commerce will take place on Halloween Night, Oct. 31 in North Shore Bible Church’s parking lot from 4:30-6 p.m. Adults are encouraged to open their car trunks, decorate their car trunks, park cars in the parking lot, then place candy in the trunks where trick-or-treaters can trick-or-treat for candy. Kids don’t have to be the only ones dressing up in their Halloween costumes, adults can join in on the Halloween costume fun too.
If you would like to trick-or-treat at the Trunk-Or-Treat event at North Shore Bible Church this Halloween, then simply show up anytime between 4:30-6 p.m. There will be plenty of candy for trick-or-treaters, snacks and activities for everyone. Masks and social distancing will be required for this event.
If you would like to deck out your car’s trunk and offer candy for trick-or-treaters then just show up with your decorated car trunk (and possibly in your Halloween costume) at 4 p.m. on Halloween night and you will be directed where to park your car.
Candy donations are needed for this event. If you would like to donate trick-or-treating candy, unopened bags of candy are preferred. Individually wrapped bars of candy are ok, but bags of candy are preferred. Donate candy by stopping by the church office during office hours; Tuesday-Thursdays, 9 a.m.– 4 p.m. and Fridays, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
If you would like to volunteer to set up this event, volunteers are needed. Please contact Chris Rayment at ccrayment@gmail.com for more volunteer information.
