Chelan FFA celebrates FFA Week - Feb. 19-26, 2022

CHELAN - Advisors for the Chelan FFA Chapter are Apolinar (Apple) Blanco in his first year as an advisor and Breanne Baker, who is in her fourth year.
The Chelan FFA Chapter was one of the nine charter members of the Washington State FFA Association. Chelan FFA has been building the future generation of agriculturalists since the spring of 1930.
Membership for the chapter  this 2021-2022 school year is 108 members.
Who can join FFA? Anyone. FFA accepts all kinds of kinds. The door will always be open for those interested.
Chelan FFA Chapter officers are: President: Aliyah Finch, Vice President: Casandra Sanchez, Secretary: Tiernan Davis, Treasurer: Aaron DeJarnatt, Reporter: Logan Oules and Sentinel: Clayton Reeves.
Activities/events planned for FFA Week are: FFA/AG Spirit Week, Greenhand installation, and an Ag Relay Contest.
Chelan FFA participates in many activities and events throughout the year. Members participate and show animals at both the NCW Fair and the Chelan County Fair. They practice and dedicate their time to participate in CDE and LDE’s (Career Development Events & Leadership Development Events).
Chelan FFA will be hosting the District VII FFA Contest in March.
