Chelan School of Innovation graduates 10

CHELAN - Ten new graduates received their diploma during the 2nd Commencement Ceremony for the Chelan School Innovation on June 6. Two other students were unable to make the celebrations: Quinn Hausman and Tuyler Waterman. Selene Andrade and CSI Principal, Crosby Carpenter welcomed the crowd made up family, friends and community members. Allan Simmons and Erik Peterson were the two faculty speakers and had great advise for class of 2019. Class President, Ezequiel Baldovinos delivered a speech as he was the class speaker. Carpenter presented the class and Superintendent Barry DePaoli along with the Lake Chelan School District Board Members accepted the class. Shauna Ventimiglia was the Honored Reader of Graduation Names, before each name she said a few words describing each student. Ventimiglia is also CSI Para Educator and Secretary. The traditional change of tassels was conducted by Baldovinos and the class of 2019 is officially off to conquer their next step in their lives.
