EAST WENATCHEE - As of Monday, May 11 there are 152 positive cases, up from 122 positive cases of COVID19 in Chelan County, on May 4 and 117 cases, up from 81 cases in Douglas County. Chelan has 27 cases, Manson 8, Chelan Falls 4, Orondo 5 and East Wenatchee 97. Chelan County has had five deaths, Douglas County two and Okanogan County two. Okanogan County has 27 cases.
Statewide total confirmed cases are 16,891, up from 15,185 last week; with 931 deaths, up from 834 last week. Total tested statewide is 248,875 up fro
m 212,005 last week.
Social Distancing and wearing a mask is good, out of concern for preventing viral spread to others versus catching the virus from someone else.
