Pulich released from jail, deputies continuing their investigation in the case

Await coroners complete report

CHELAN - The Okanogan County Prosecutors office has declined to prosecute Celine Pulich, 58, at this time and she was released from jail last week. Detectives are continuing to investigate the case and are awaiting the complete report from the Coroner’s office on cause and manner of death of her husband, David Pulich, 60.
On Saturday, August 14, at about 1:55 p.m. Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a Homicide on Antoine Creek Rd., near Chelan. The call was originally routed to the Chelan County Sheriff’s Office. Chelan County Sheriff’s deputies and detectives were dispatched. The location was later determined to be in Okanogan County.
Okanogan County Sheriff’s deputy arrived on scene at about 2:56 p.m. Chelan County Sheriff’s deputies were at the location when he arrived. When he arrived Chelan County Sheriff’s office had a female detained.
Deputies found David Pulich, 60, deceased inside the residence. His wife, Celine Pulich, 58, was arrested and booked into Okanogan County Jail for Manslaughter in the 1st degree.
The interagency cooperation with Chelan County is extremely appreciated.
